Casa Del Sol Tanning Spa is looking for a motivated person who is willing and able to offer excellent daily enthusiasm and care for our guests.
This is what will be required and expected.
- After being trained thoroughly and certified you will take responsibility of the daily operations and continual guest support.
- Cleaning is a must all day everyday.
- Ability to understand & explain products and services to any guest.
- Ability to make consistent sales.
- Look your very best everyday
- Once Trained you will give Personal Organic Airbrush Tans (Spray Tans) to Guests. Must be comfortable with females in the nude and men wearing only underwear.
- Continue to get better and better each day.
- Excellent communication skills
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- A mature attitude towards life
- Must use good judgment
- Willing to do anything at work
- Promote outside of your normal shifts
Physical Appearance
- Attractive, natural appearance
- Maintain physically fit physique
- Well groomed hair and nails, no distracting colors. No chipped finger or toe polish
- Clean natural styled hair, no distracting colors
- Natural make-up, no distracting colors
- No distracting tattoos
It is fun and easy to work at Casa Del Sol Tanning Spa as long as you take care of everything with Excellence.
Pay and hours
- We pay hourly wages usually starting at $8 per hour plus commissions (explained at interview in depth)
- Shifts are usually 5 hours per day and sometimes 10 hours per day. Depends on availability and other scenarios.
- You get paid on Friday every 2 weeks.
- Raises and Bonuses are available and given based on your performance of producing consistent sales.
What we are NOT Looking for.
- We do not need someone to sit behind the desk and check facebook all day. If you only want to get free tanning and collect a check, this is not for you.
- We are not looking for someone just hoping to get a few extra easy hours
- Zero tolerance for stealing , lying, cheating.
- Lazy, Sloppy, Dirty, Weird or Strange.
- Using your cell phone while working.
